Returns, Refunds, & Exchange Policy

You have the option to try our items and review them carefully upon delivery, if you are not 100% satisfied with the item, you can return it with our delivery courier. If you accept the order, you can no longer return it. You may exchange your order for something else within 1 week of purchase. Free shipping only applies for purchasing, upon returns and exchange, the purchaser covers the delivery cost (varies by governate).

Items can be opened and tested before accepting the order. Please return the items in the same condition received.
